[Flow] flow complaints about missing date.timezone settings, though they are set ?

I believe theis needs doing in the commandline php ini too.

Hi All,

my phpinfo() says date.timezone is Europe/Berlin and if I look at the 
php.ini its there, too. Still when I try to follow the FIRST step on welcome 
page and try  generate a package, flow throws date.timezone error ....

"Flow requires the PHP setting "date.timezone" to be set."
this is frustrating for beginners.

Any ideas ?
