[Flow] Extending EXT:news

When I create a new News record, I want my custom field to be available so I can write some text and it will be saved in the database... 
I know my custom field is created the table "tx_news_domain_model_news", but I can't use it...

I don't know where I should put the line {newsItem.txWorkshopTitle}, 
in "news\Resources\Private\Partials\someFolder..." or in "mycustomextension\Resources\Private\Partials\someFolder..."?
and is there another step after this ?
