You don't have to write everything by hand and you can take advantage 
of the TYPO3.Kickstart pakcage and using ./flow kickstart:* commands. 
With these commands it is easily possible to get your Domain model 
working with CRUD actions to beging with and from that point you have 
to extend the kickstarted code with your project's business logic.

At least I don't know any tool available which generate Flow code from UML.
