you hadn't looked into the definitive guide, had you? ;)

There is absolutly no need for a "realurl" extention like TYPO3 CMS need
it as you can define routes like you want to. Please have a look at
http://docs.typo3.org/flow/TYPO3FlowDocumentation/TheDefinitiveGuide/PartIII/Routing.html#object-route-parts
. There is everything descriped what you need (and many more).
