[Flow] How to generate a simple thumbnail of an image?

Hey Tobi,

do you have more experience in using TYPO3.Media especially in the 
"image context"? Soon I'll need the Image functionality ( and ordering 
images etc ) so I think I'll have to use TYPO3.Media.
Till now I'm looking for a Tutorial or Blog entry about using the Media 
Package, but didn't find one... Do you have explaining resources?
Or can you share a small "How To"?
