[Flow] party and name conventions

today i was wondering why the name of a person is separated into another 
object. i wanted to look for some conventions on google but searching 
for party, person, name, conventions and so on didnt help me on finding 
some specs. where can i find them?

most important question: should i use them exactly like that (extending 
the Person Model) or should i extend the AbstractParty Model and use the 
"general" first name, last name way?
