[Flow] Does Oracle work with Flow?

According to the quicksart tutorial after installing flow I used 
doctrine:migrate with the result "Nohing to migrate" (The tutorial says 
that basic tables will be insalled).
After kickstart the CofeeBean example I made doctrine:migrate.
