[Flow] Update to Flow 2.0: some Problems with compiling

Hi there...

Just updated to 2.0 from 1.1 and now strange things happens. As much as I understand no compiling is going on. My application is still under heavy development and so my flow-context is "Development". So far every compiling started with the first request in the browser. But now I have to do flow:core:compile and flow:doctrine:compileproxies to get things working.

Is this new and the correct way to do so, or are there some switches in the settings to enable compiling on each request (so far when things changed)?
