[Flow] TYPO3 Flow 2.0 released

Folks,

I am very, very happy to announce that we just released TYPO3 Flow 2.0 
final. Thanks again to all of you who helped with patches, features, 
reviews and feedback from your own real world projects. It's going to be 
a very exciting second half of 2013!
