[Flow] Problem with installing FLOW / Neos and the resource:// stream wrapper

Hey,

Wouter helped me find the problem: During the setup phase, the Cache
wasn't built completely, so some classes did not work as expected.
Deleting all files in Data/Temporary/* and rebuilding the cache was the
key to success :)
