[FLOW3-general] Towards the Flow 2.0 release

a quick note from my side.

Right now we have 163 reported bugs in total:

Fixing them all before 2.0.0 is next to pointless. It would be awesome
to see if the list of issues targeted at 2.0 right now makes sense:

Due to limitations in Redmine there are more issues that should go into
2.0 but have 1.1 set as target (to point out they should go there as well).
