[FLOW3-general] Best suitable PDF Library for FLOW3

Problem is, that Package is already coded for Flow 2.0 and thus not
compatible with Flow 1.1.
But changing it shouldn't be to difficult. Primarily you need to relocate
the Content from Classes/Famelo/PDF to Classes and Probably add an
Package.xml in Meta.
