[FLOW3-general] Steps to generate migration files

Dear All,
             As per the development process we follow, we need to generate 
migration files for the packages we prepare, in order to use them in 
different environments. When I create a new package, my expectation is 
default migration folder and corresponding generic files will be created. 
But it did not happen. 

             I want to generate migration files for each package I  create 
seperately.Do we have any command in flow3 which can do this.

             ./flow3  doctrine:migrationgenerate does not take package name 
as input. Kindly suggest approach for this.
