[FLOW3-general] Problem trying to create a package

Hello.

I'm trying to set up flow

If I try and create a package with:

./flow kickstart:package MyCompany.MyPackage

I get an error:

bash: ./flow: Permission denied

I think there are some problems with the permissions on files/folders as 
the welcome page doesn't look like in screenshots that i have seen.

Does anyone know what the problem might be or how I can fix it?
