[Flow] How can you delete value objects?

I have a  script for removing unused resources, it removes the files when 
not used and the resource records but there are still resourcepointer 
records. I can't create a repo to remove these as they are value objects. 
Just using remove() on a resource record doesn't remove these value objects.

How can this be done?
