[Flow] Feedback/call for contribution on a generic Rest API package

Hi Bastian,

I will love to see your ideas, please share them now (even if in some rough
state) so I can get a idea of what you think about :-)

I won't attend the release code sprint or T3BOARD, but hopefully we can
have time to talk together somehow :-)
