[Flow] Upgrade from FLOW3 1.1 to Flow 2.0: issue with authentication

Did you check the login form. This should look s.th. like:

This has been changed with https://review.typo3.org/#/c/15158/ and I 
thought it was in the upgrade instructions, but I can't find it!?
