please check that your packages are up to date: we recently renamed the
package TYPO3.Neos.ContentTypes to TYPO3.Neos.NodeTypes. In that process
we also updated the composer dependencies, but it seems like you either
have a left over package in your Packages/* directory or you still have
a version of TYPO3.Neos which has the old dependency to
TYPO3.Neos.ContentTypes.
