[FLOW3-general] Include Library of Zend

Hi,

 

I have a question regarding the inclusion of Zend Libs.

I found this article:

Here they're including the Zend-Mail lib as a Framework Package.

Is this correct?

I mean Zend is a Framework but it's not part of the FLOW3 Framework - so
should I put it under the Application folder or under the Framework folder?
