using accents in our URI _might_ work in some browsers, but it is not allowed in URIs according to http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc3986. There is a standard of internationalized URIs (well, called IRIs http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc3987) but I'm not sure how well that is supported yet. Here's an article about the whole topic:

http://www.w3.org/International/articles/idn-and-iri/

So, at the moment FLOW3 only supports URIs according to RFC 3986, but if browsers support it, we can implement support for IRIs as well. Would you like to do some research on that matter?

Cheers,
Robert
