[FLOW3-general] Setting up Jenkins - Best Practice?

The FLOW3 Jenkins uses TYPO3.Surf to deploy FLOW3 based apps. Surf is 
similar to Ant and Phing, but it's built with FLOW3.

As to the details of how the FLOW3 Jenkins is setup, I don't know exactly. 
I only know it uses Surf. If you get Jenkins up and running with Surf, it 
would be good to document that and use that as the basis for the Deployment 
chapter of The Definitive Guide for FLOW3.
