I guess the following  has been already asked, but I do not find a clear
answer.

Consider the Blog example and when you create a new post. As far as I
can see, you may associate a Category or a Tag to the new post, but only
if the Category/Tag has already been created. 

My question is: is it possible to create a new category or a new tag,
meanwhile I create a new post ?  Which kind of code I should write?  (of
course, the new post must be associated to the new category/tag)

A somehow related question: I see the table
typo3_blog_domain_model_post_tags_join, but I am not sure which piece of
code (a controller? a repository method?)  I need to define as to insert
records into it.
