[FLOW3-general] 2 Installation Questions

Hi Robert, thanks for responding.

I haven't seen anything about Surf yet.  Is it similar to the Extension 
Manager? Will it be possible to upgrade the Neos/Flow core files from 
within the cms (similar to how wordpress updates are done), or will it 
still be necessary to update files through the console?

I'm trying to imagine what the process will be like in future/what will 
be our sales pitch to clients.
