[FLOW3-general] 2 Installation Questions

Not sure if this is the correct forum, but now after doing a couple of 
installs I have some questions about Neos installations in the future.

1.  With TYPO3 cms, we have our servers set up so that the TYPO3 source 
files are stored in a central location, then each individual 
site/hosting account is symlinked to this location.  In this way we're 
able to have dozens of TYPO3 clients operating from a single set of 
source files.

Is this going to be possible with Neos?

2. Modifying the vhosts configuration is often not possible on shared 
hosting servers, will there eventually be a way to setup Neos where one 
doesn't have to point the vhost to the /web folder?
