[FLOW3-general] No XLIFF file found

Hey guys,

hope you can help me out.
I'm getting this error on my Testserver:
No XLIFF file is available for Vendor.Packagename::navigation::en in the
locale chain.

The xliff file is there on the server under
Resources/Private/Translations/en/Navigation.xlf
The files are working on my development machine. Do I have to rename
Navigation.xlf to navigation.xlf or reference the library in another way in
my fluid Template?
This is the part of fluid:
<f:translate id="navigation.minimal.createDemoPasses" source="navigation" />

Or do I have to perhaps rename source="navigation" to source="Navigation"?
But I think I've also tried this.
