[FLOW3-general] Neos alpha 1 install problem

Ok, got through the set up.

Once complete though, when it tries to bring up the front end though, I 
get a 500 error.  Same if I try to go to the back end or back into the 
setup tool.

I don't see any errors reported in the logs, any other tips?
