[FLOW3-general] OS Specific TYPO3.FLOW3.core.phpBinaryPathAndFilename

to be honest: I would second such a feature; would also match my the 
same use case.

There was some activity around a "environment" based configuration, but 
I don't know how's the state on that currently...
