[FLOW3-general] OS Specific TYPO3.FLOW3.core.phpBinaryPathAndFilename

Hello Guys,

is there anyway to specify the setting
TYPO3.FLOW3.core.phpBinaryPathAndFilename OS specific?

I need to test on Windows, Solaris and Linux (i know, it's an ugly
cluster), so i need to change this line very often :(

I think typically it would be enough to have a setting for windows and
the rest of the world :)
