[FLOW3-general] Change Error Page Template

Hi both of you,

take a look at the Settings.yaml in the TYPO3.FLOW3 (TYPO3.Flow) 
package, you should override:

TYPO3.FLOW3.error.exceptionHandler.renderingGroups.notFoundExceptions.options.fluidTemplate:

If it is TYPO3.FLOW3 or TYPO3.Flow obviously might depend on your version.
