[FLOW3-general] using libraries via composer

Hi Thomas, 

I think I found a bug. Have a look at the file PackageStates.php. The Classes Folder directives points to the Tests folder in Guzzle. 

I'll post this as a Bug on forge, as src should be the folder to go!

You can see this, if you debug the flow script as cli script and follow the debugger through the Package manager..
