[FLOW3-general] git repository

Hi

I am trying to follow instructions at 
http://flow.typo3.org/documentation/guide/partii/installation.html 
"The following Unix command would download the TYPO3 Flow distribution:
git clone --recursive git://git.typo3.org/Flow/Distributions/Base.git \
/var/apache2/htdocs/tutorial/"

When I try
git clone --recursive
git://git.typo3.org/Flow/Distributions/Base.git /var/www/html/flowgit

I get 
[root at localhost flowgit]# git clone --recursive
git://git.typo3.org/Flow/Distributions/Base.git /var/www/html/flowgit
fatal: could not create work tree dir 'Base'.: No such file or directory

Help is welcome
