[FLOW3-general] mySQL issue (PRIMARY and INDEX keys should not both be set for column ...)?

Hi

I have just discovered that, for every ..._join table I have defined,
mySQL (indeed, myphpadmin) complains that:
PRIMARY and INDEX keys should not both be set for column `<my class>_<my
class B>`.

Is it to be fixed? if so, how?
