[FLOW3-general] neos, unable to see setup (2)

Hello,

it seems that I have a similar problem that Mario had a while ago: http://lists.typo3.org/pipermail/flow3-general/2012-October/002845.html

After the setup which I did according to official instructions (http://neos.typo3.org/download.html) I receive login form as expected on http://www.domain.com/setup, and when I enter password (from ../TYPO3-Neos-1.0-alpha1/Data/SetupPassword.txt/Setuppassword.txt) I get this: http://db.tt/2NOoOlW5

Does anyone have any clue why this is happening?

My server setup:
1. Linux 3.2.0-32-generic #51-Ubuntu SMP x86_64;
2. Nginx version: nginx/1.1.19 (using Rafael Kähm's configuration: http://forge.typo3.org/issues/8923 in PRODUCTION mode);
3. PHP 5.3.10-1ubuntu3.4 (fpm-fcgi), php info: http://db.tt/sI8Bh2fS , eaccelerator or xcache disabled;
