[FLOW3-general] Problem with Proxies in Production Context

ok i got it now. it was more a layer 8 problem than a bug ;-)

in my production configuration there was the doctrine-part active
but without any further configuration. so i guess i disabled the
proxy compilation there. in FLOW3 1.0 it was no problem, but in 1.1
it failes now.
