[FLOW3-general] Uncaught Exception in FLOW3 (#1297263663)

Hello,

got this error as shown in the attachment on a ManagedServer. Symfony is 
running as well without any problems under the same account. All files 
are uploaded by the right account and all files/folders are set to 770. 
I haven't applied any changes to the package. The Domain is mapped to 
the /Web folder.

What could be a solution?
