[FLOW3-general] TYPO3.Media: Impossibility (?) to upload Images from scrath

Hi List,
I believe I found out a dead lock when trying to upload Images "from 
scratch". Consider the following Gist:

(see also the comments). This would be the usual approach: Create an 
empty model, assign it to the Create-View, and get it "sent back", 
filled with the user data.

The particular problem here, and in similar cases maybe too, is, that 
the intended "empty" object implies some logic, meaning the object 
*mustn't* be empty intrinsically.

So, how to proceed here? Any ideas?
