In general, even Karsten and me are available for paid development, as we are gradually moving over to a model where we work as freelancers (again) and spend the remaining time with FLOW3 / Phoenix development.

So, if you haven't already, just send an email to Karsten, outlining your needs and he can tell you if he can help you with your current issues. Other than that, there are of course other capable developers around who might be available for this task.
