[FLOW3-general] TYPO3v5 Phoenix Plugin Development‏

Hello, I am currently working on a student project which involves developing a plugin for TYPO3v5 Phoenix. I've read that every FLOW3 Package can be used as a Phoenix plugin. What I've done so far is: I've set-up the latest Phoenix version from git and created a test-FLOW3 Package. My question is now: How can I use this Package inside Phoenix? Can I insert it via the backend? How can I print out content? Does there exist any documentation about that? Are there any step-by-step guides? Or maybe someone has some tips for me?
