[FLOW3-general] Using different servers

Hi there,
 
maybe you already wrote it in your documentation and I haven't seen it. But...
Is there a good and practical way to use flow3 on different server as one single application?

For example:
Build flow3 on server1, using DB from server 2 (I know, just normal DB confit) and set the file storage on server 3. 

Or another one. Set up flow3 on 2 server:
Build a blog system on server 2 and a knowledgebase + user management (even users for the blog) on server 1?
