like every project, FLOW3 is developed under the Triple Constraint [1]: Scope, Cost and Quality. Or to put it differently: You have "Fast", "Good" and "Cheap" – pick any two [2]. As we won't compromise on the quality and 80% of the work is done by volunteers (cheap) we can't have "fast". Or at least: we can't foresee a release date if we don't know how much time everybody involved has.
