[FLOW3-general] Problem with magic_quotes_gpc with PHP-FPM

Hi guys,

i have a strange problem with magic_quotes_gpc on a vm with PHP-FPM.
magic_quotes_gpc is set to off and phpinfo shows it as off.
php -i in CLI shows magic_quotes_gpc as off too.

First time running through the bootstrap (from Web/index.php) everything 
is ok - get_magic_quotes_gpc() returns 0
but the secound time from \TYPO3\FLOW3\Scripts\flow3.php 
get_magic_quotes_gpc() returns 1 and i get the error
'FLOW3 requires the PHP setting "magic_quotes_gpc" set to Off. (Error 
#1224003190)'

anyone else having this problem?
