[FLOW3-general] Help me! Class 'XMLWriter' not found in ...XmlWriter.php on line 31.

Hi

thanks for your help.

I copied the same Settings,yaml file within both Configuration,
Conf../Development, and Conf../Production folders. 

My web/.htaccess has:

# You can specify a default context by activating this option:
SetEnv FLOW3_CONTEXT Development

# If the root path is not the parent of the Web directory, FLOW3's root
#  path must be specified manually:
SetEnv FLOW3_ROOTPATH /var/www/html/flow3/  


Still,  ./flow3 doctrine:migrate fails.

what else?
any hint is welcome
