[FLOW3-general] Help me! Class 'XMLWriter' not found in ...XmlWriter.php on line 31.

Hi,

new issue:
[flow3]# ./flow3 doctrine:migrate
Uncaught Exception
SQLSTATE[28000] [1045] Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using
password: NO)

My Settings.yaml is:

TYPO3:
  FLOW3:
    persistence:
      backendOptions:
        dbname: 'flow3'           # adjust to your database name
        user: 'flow3'             # adjust to your database user
        password: 'flow3'         # adjust to your database password

It doesn't seem that my Settings.yaml is seen at all, and Flow3 seems to
try to use default values from somewhere else.
