[FLOW3-general] ExtDirect Latency when executing a request

Hi Regine,
I know that Robert in his work on a new HTTP request / response layer
modified the bootstrap too, so that specialized bootstraps for specific
requests should be possible once that is finished, I think it could help
with that. So check the review queue :)
