[FLOW3-general] Status of Value Objects?

I'd like to know, what's the status quo on the work on Value Objects. As 
we know, FLOW3 does not have full support for them yet. On a project I'm 
currently working on I get a lot of "Constrain errors" when trying to 
save them, because in another situation, the same value has already been 
written to the DB. Additionally forge lists several other issues with 
them (http://forge.typo3.org/issues/3585), but have not been updated in 
quite some time.

I worked around this problem, by changing the value objects to entities, 
but IMO that's bad practise. Unfortunatly this, or another workaround, 
seems to be the only way to use them.

Any plans on the value object implementation for FLOW3 1.1, or later 
versions?
