You mean TYPO3 v4? In short: you don't.

The longer version: TYPO3 v4 and FLOW3 have next to nothing in common -
the closest thing you can get is writing your extensions using Extbase.

If you talk about TYPO3 Phoenix, check out the TYPO3.Conference package
and it's integration or the more simple TYPO3.MailForm package. Those
are ready to be used as a plugin in Phoenix.

So this sounds like TYPO3 v4 indeed. Still, can you give more details
about what (doesn't) happen in that scenario?
