[FLOW3-general] Third Party Libraries

Hi Thomas,

best practice so far is to put them into Resources/Private/PHP/ and 
include whatever necessary in the Package.php "boot" method. Good 
example is the TYPO3.Swiftmailer package that is part of the Phoenix 
distribution. If it makes sense for reusability it is also an option to 
create a dedicated package for some library, as the 
Symfony.Component.Yaml in the FLOW3 distribution.
