Hi Felix, 

thanks, I subscribe every word. When we were working on lib/div as a
predecessor of extbase I had the very same feelings and experiences. If
I would put it in my words, it would not even be suited to go public. We
could have had a much more useful extension base than pi_base years
earlier, with a little support. Wasting of my time. You are in at least
in some better position.

I took the consequences and withdraw from the community for some years.
I guess I was not the only volunteer to turn away. I come back now to
see if something has changed meanwhile. What do I read? Your posting! I
hope the foundation of the association helps to improve the situation.
