[FLOW3-general] Install Problem - setfilepermissions does not work

Ok, I just followed a tutorial - therefore the name. I think there
should be an automatically standard controller (to be exact there is
one under /Packages/Application/TYPO3.Blog/Classes/Controller/StandardController.php)
that outputs some sample content and should be called when no other
controller is set. But now I created another actioncontroller "setup"
using the kickstarter. When I enter /Web/typo3.blog/setup or
/Web/typo3.blog/setup/index or /Web/TYPO3.Blog/Setup (what, from my
optinion, amounts to the same thing) I still get the same 404-Error.

What's going wrong? I set up FLOW3 on my local (Windows) machine some
month ago and remember it has been quite easy. Now on my Ubuntu-server
it seems to be really difficult.
