[FLOW3-general] Flow3 doctrine:migrate error

i got the same problem on my windows machine and i solved the problem by 
deleting all tables (need to be done multiple time as there are 
dependencies) and finally delete the database and create it again and 
then worked. this is not an flow3 error but more mysql. if you google 
it, other users have also the problem but not related to flow3
